FAQs

Is there a Lock-in contract?

There are no lock in contracts. However we have a minimum rental period. The longer you rent the bike, better the deal you get on rentals.

Where can I collect and drop off my rental ?

We are located in Maroubra, in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. We can also organise pick-up and delivery to your address at extra cost depending on your location

If I break down what should I do?

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance through Motorcycle Assist Australia. Please call 1300-952-500 mymcaa if you breakdown and need assistance.

Alternatively please do contact motohire immediately to inform any incidents or if you need assistance.

Is there a deposit to be be paid for the motorcycle?

There is a small security deposit required for any tolls or damages, which is fully refunded after the completion of rental.

How does the insurance work?

The motorcycles are covered for compulsory third party cover only. We strongly recommend you to sort a suitable insurance as per your need.
